About My Practice

With offices located in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, Gwendolyn S. Hailey, Esquire, is a general practice law firm that concentrates in the areas of health law, corporate and business law including non-profit corporate law and governmental affairs.

Ms. Hailey provides strategic legal advice and counsel to individual and small business organizations.  A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and North Carolina Central University School of Law, Ms. Hailey is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and South Carolina.  Prior to establishing the law firm, Ms. Hailey had substantial corporate legal and business experience working with the Pennsylvania Medical Society Liability Insurance Company as Assistant General Counsel and Capozzi & Associates, a health law firm in Harrisburg Pennsylvania.

Gwendolyn S. Hailey, Esquire is a North Carolina based law firm. Ms. Hailey participates as joint/additional counsel on several projects with other attorneys in Pennsylvania and South Carolina, and North Carolina.  We provide reasonable cost estimates to our clients when requested prior to initiation of work.  More importantly, we attempt to work within budgetary constraints and notify the client when a requested task may exceed established legal budgets.
